This property was very clean. The staff was amazing and even called our next hotel to ask them some questions for us since we don't speak Korean. They have adapters to rent if you forgot one or if yours burns out like mine did. They have coin laundry on site which was extremely helpful while traveling for a long time. This hotel is perfectly situated admist a variety of stores and subway stops.

Upon arrival, the staff was able to help in English no problem. Check in process was really fast and smooth. The room was exactly as the listing. It was very clean however, I did need a little better sweep but nothing bad. I do wish the coffee was restocked when it ran out. I stayed a week and loved my experience. So many good options, shopping, and metro stations near by. Will definitely book for my next trip.

Nice simple accommodation in a super convenient area for sightseeing and from/to Incheon Airport as the airport limousine bus stops right at the door step. I had a small room. The bed was fresh and clean. Reception didn't know there is a sliding power outlet on the desk top. I was looking at the power outlet below the desk and was a little disappointed until a maintenance person showed me. There is also a water filter in the hallway. Didn't know until the last day. The worst thing is was the bathroom. Small is okay (shower next to toilet). But a toilet seat is not expensive. The shower jets were not clear so not only does it look bad water flow was not good. There was mildew around most of the bathroom. I do not want to disparage the staff. They were kind and hard-working. Management can and should make some effort to have the bathrooms more pleasant. The location was great for me. Overall my stay was good. Slept well. Got some work done. Ahhh one more thing. There is no iron or clothes steamer. I was expecting one.
