Nice hotel but noisy and some staff poorly trained or aware of the hotel amenities. We arrived and needed urgent cash to pay our cab. Concierge told us the closest ATM was up the road. After 20 minutes of going from one ATM to another, we finally checked in only to find an ATM within the hotel. Appalling. Good bar and restaurant. However, was told bar closed at 11 pm and when we called down to order drinks at 1040pm, guest services were rubbish and did not even attempt to help. Gym was reasonable. Awoken by cleaners most mornings. Nice overall but we wouldn’t return.

Parking was expensive (valet with in and out privileges), but the location was excellent. Also charged a resort fee that provided nothing. We attended an Avs game at Ball Arena and the walk was easily managed (about 1/2 mile). Small rooms, but very nicely appointed and quiet. I will stay again, but it isn’t cheap once you add on the extras.
