I've traveled all over the world and the staff at Grand Chicago is top tier. Gibson and Moelie specially. Very cozy lobby. Good breakfast. Great location. Only issue was lighting in room. Fairly dim so had use our cell phone flashlight a bit.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and the bathroom was also clean and toiletries were provided, however, the room was very small and had no space for hanging clothes. There was no iron or ironing board so we had to ask for a steamer each time we needed to iron our clothes. That aside, the hotel is in a nice area and within walking distance to Galleries Lafayette, Arc de Triomphe and other historic places.

Fantastic stay! Really lovely helpful staff! Room was lovely - if I’m being super critical I would have appreciated an iron and coffee making facilities but they were forgotten after having the best sleep in years. Bed was very comfortable, temperature was perfect and black-out blind made for a great nights sleep. Great location 5 mins from Rome metro - hope to return again!

Nicely decorated hotel with decent amenities. Out of tourist areas, but close enough. 1/2 hour from most touristy areas by public transport. Soundproofing of rooms could be improved. Has an unfortunate evacuation due to fire alarm at 23:30 one night, caused by steam from a hot shower getting into smoke detectors in someone’s bedroom.

We had the warmest of welcomes when we arrived. The staff were so friendly and helpful they were great. Metros nearby, lovely quiet area. The hotel was immaculate, the bed was incredibly comfy , hard to get up in the morning. Decided to go for the breakfast, there’s a large selection from hot food to pastries, fruit , cereal just to name abut it was lovely. Highly recommend this hotel.
