Our stay was pretty good . A nice clean room . But our door lock didn’t operate correctly , the tub plug didn’t work and they kept running out of pool towels . The front desk staff were left to deal with the madness of what their booking dept couldn’t relay properly which left us almost without a room after driving 4 hours . we also weren’t refunded our deposit when we left as the front desk supposively couldn’t get into the debit machine and the customer service was kinda crappy . The pool is really nice and warm and the kids loved it . Drinks are pretty pricey and the food menu isn’t to good but the restaurants are all very close !

10 Star Review Huge rooms, 39° North products, and staff who care We had an amazing stay at the Courtyard by Marriott on Exeter Road. The hotel is spotless, modern, and right off the 401 — 5 minutes to White Oaks and everything in London. The rooms are huge! So much space with a comfy king bed, sofa, desk, and big windows. We also loved the 39° North shampoo, conditioner, and body wash — it left my hair feeling so soft. Ingrid at the reception desk was incredible. She kindly walked us to our room and was so courteous and welcoming. And a big shoutout to the Starbucks barista who was so hospitable and made a delicious breakfast. This hotel is amazing, and the staff make you feel truly welcomed. We’ll 100% stay again! Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 Rooms The rooms are huge! So much space with a comfy king bed, sofa, desk, and big windows. We also loved the 39° North shampoo, conditioner, and body wash — it left my hair feeling so soft. This hotel is amazing. We stay at this hotel several times throughout each year. It is our first choice for our family of five. The suite fits us all and we like having a mini-fridge and two televisions. The towels and bedding are good quality. The workout room has been redone and is much better. I do wish, however, that there were wipes provided for cleaning the equipment after use. The front desk staff are always very good.

WORST HOTEL EVER! I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM BOOKING THIS HOTEL! There are BEDBUGS at this hotel, they have refused to issue me a refund despite the fact that I and my guests could not sleep in the hotel due to the bedbugs. Bedbugs were crawling all over, one of my guests was bitten vicariously by bedbugs. Terrible and very terrible customer service. I have pictures and videos of what happened and these bedbugs running around. The hotel did not care! BOOK HOTEL AT YOUR OWN RISK! A bedbug bite does a lot to your health.

No water No room credit

Checkin in was great. The room was amazing. However, on the morning of checkout the hotel had no water as there was a leak in the lobby. So no shower, washing up or using the bathroom. Front desk was trying to handle the situation but it was not resolved. So I had to go to my next destination without a shower. When asked for any credit for the lack of water I was told no as I booked through this site and not directly with the Marriott.
