Excellent location and comfortable size room but a very hot room with no air conditioning. The fan helped get the cool night air in but the noise is horrendous. Around 3:30 am the trucks arrive to offload cargo. The street sweepers also come and the glass recycling is loud. Very difficult to sleep. The mattress was hard.

Our room was great, with a separate sitting/kitchen area so we could put our baby to sleep and still spend time talking. We had an air-conditioned room and could not imagine having a room without during the heatwave in Lyon. They had the air con running for us and the crib already set up before we got there which was amazing. My only complaint is the shower, no matter how I had the shower curtain positioned, water covered the floors of the bathroom.

Exceptional service from the front desk, Aminata was particularly attentive to our needs. Breakfast was excellent, fresh squeezed orange juice, freshly baked croissants, pains au chocolat, madeleines, French crêpes, 6 different “Bonne Maman” jams, large selections of coffee types…..

Great aparthotel property which was very comfortable, good bed, bath amenities nice, windows open, small fridge, laundry on property, courtyard, friendly helpful staff, fun lively area with great variety of restaurants. Casual, felt very safe, free coffee all say in lobby, good transportation and cabs available. Excellent value centrally located to the main sights.

Great place to visit

Lyon is our new favorite place with this hotel being right where you want to be! Good public transportation to get anywhere you want. Most things we walked to anyway and had an abundance of great shopping and eating choices! Breakfast was very good and the staff treated us very nicely! Would come back!

This hotel is in a perfect location for tourists- an endless choice of bars and restaurants right around the hotel - 5 minute walk across the river from the old town and close to the fantastic Lyon public transport system.
