"The room was very clean, but we did have a dirty coffee cup. My husband had to take downstairs to get a new one. The breakfast was nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating."
"Omg! I never write reviews for places EVER but I am taking the time for this experience. It was a very speciial occasion and we needed “space” to host people to celebrate. I called here numerous times confirming they would not kick us out for having a college grad party for my daughter. Every employee I spoke to reassured me it was fine come and enjoy. I was concerned that noise or something would cause issues. Not one issue. Not one complaint. Nothing. The hotel fire alarm went off yesterday and the staff walked by said go back to your party enjoy everything is fine. Today when checking out we asked for garbage bags to remove trash everyone told us don’t worry it’s fine we expect a mess. (We did clean up out garbage) but my point is every single person who works there went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t have any problems and didn’t knock on our door one time We did rent the Jimmy Buffet suit which is fantastic so we had the space for a party and people any other hotel and staff would of shown us the door and kicked us out. This location is gorgeous but the staff was off the chart amazing making sure everything went off with no problems. I am so incredibly grateful that we were able to host all our out of town friends and family and make the memories that this hotel allowed us to make. My deepest thanks!! "

"Very pleased with my stay! The front desk associate, Stephen, was probably one of the very best people I’ve come across while checking in for a stay. He was very personable and friendly while simultaneously being very professional. Everything seemed very clean which is very important to me. Will be back!"
