Lady switches are room the ac unit is louder than the tv the mattress covers have stains on them & the toilet constantly runs the shower turns on brown water comes out then goes normal I just let it go because I’m beyond exhausted ur I deserve a refund a discount something for this inconvenience

The pool had bags of trash in it. There was windows with OSB board covering them the bath tub had a stain on the bottom of it like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. There were stains on the bedding and bugs crawling under the mattress. Pictures posted on hotels.com are no where near what this roach motel looks like. Definitely not a recommended stay.

On arrive it looks very run down, once checked into our room it was suppose to be non smoking and it smelled like smoke, i made 2 room reservations and they gave one away before i got there, the room we did get the sink was leaking and the bathroom was a mess, no pillows or a comforter on the bed.
