Pros - Super convenient to area attractions. Clean, quiet, private. AC, TV, and hot water all worked well. King sized bed was very comfy! Cons - The sleeper sofa bed was uncomfortable. The cold water in the bathroom sink only trickled, so we had to do everything, including brushing our teeth, with hot water. In all fairness, we didn’t explore all the resort had to offer. Our stay was short and our days were filled with other things. I would definitely return to this property for another stay.

Great weekend stay in a perfect location. Close to all the dining and activities Williamsburg has to offer. Quiet and well kept property. Even though this is like a time share property, they were not pushy about attending the presentation for your free gift like most other similar properties in the area. We would stay again.

The unit was cleaned but the walls are paper thin. The guest upstairs sounded like they were going to come through the floor. The setup of the room was odd. It was an efficiency and the bed is right at the door when you walk in, a sofa and table in the middle and kitchen way away from the door. I

The staff were so helpful & responsive...Awesome location...Just minutes away from Colonial Williamsburg & the outstanding shops & restaurants in Market Square. Our suite was so clean & we had everything we needed for a memorable weekend. And we are thinking about coming back for an extended family stay during the Christmas season. I would highly recommend this property!

The entire resort has been revamped. Our unit was immaculate however must not have replaced the mattress. Sloped downhill,we slept on a slope for our stay, 2 nights.. Really need to take a close look at the bedding. .

Great stay, will certainly choose the area again. Would recommend your general maintenance learn to wipe wet caulk off the surfaces when they re-caulk, however this did not deter from our stay in any way, I only noticed due to my maintenance background. The grounds were clean and tidy, room tidy and comfortable. Great stay overall! Highly recommend.
