Have stayed many times and always found hotel to be good value and comfortable. Excellent breakfast caters for all tastes. Only slight negative- room TVs need updating- looking a bit old.

The location is excellent. Not super busy but very accessible by foot or tram and plenty of variety in restaurants nearby. My only gripe would be that we could hear some furniture moving (like chairs and tables being dragged) at pretty much all hours in the morning from 6a over the course of 5 days. The sauna service was a nice amenity.

We had the best time. The hotel is very close to public transport, and if you enjoy walking, absolutely within walking distance of many of the sights, old town and shopping. The breakfast is very good and the staff were helpful.

Great location, spacious room (not all are spacious, though), tram outside but walking distance everywhere. More quiet location but a quick walk across Charles bridge and it's more lively. I would suggest going out for breakfast.

Great welcome from Tomas at reception. Most of the staff were good and efficient, except for the lady who worked the reception on the Thursday evening, who told us we could not sit in the main lounge because the bar did not open that evening.

Nice but could be a little better

We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was very clean, some of the staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were really comfortable if you werent in a room overlooking the trams. The only downside for us was there was nowhere to buy a hot drink in the morning or afternoon as the bar didnt open until 6pm if you werent staying as breakfast included. Your website and Hotel Information in the room definitely needs updating and maybe give coffee and the milk sachets in the room aswell as tea bags
