Hotel ok, Parking service Terrible

The hotel in general was good, excellent check-in service, good and comfortable room, breakfast ok, but the service could be improved. There was a delay in replacing fruits, cutlery, etc. The parking was terrible! I probably won't return to this hotel because of this. I paid R$ 31.00 and when checking out I discovered that the car was two blocks from the hotel and it took them almost 30 minutes to bring me the car! Parking service was terrible! The worst I have ever seen in my life!

I traveled to Curitiba on business. I planned to have dinner at the hotel while working, but to my surprise, the hotel does not have a restaurant (although it is advertised) or even room service. Although the building has 17 floors (14 rooms) only a small one (for up to five people) was functioning. For a Slaviero hotel, it disappointed me.

Colchão e travesseiro horrivel. Janelas sem tratamento acustico. Ducha instavel, temperatura subia e descia aleatoriamente. Espaço de passagem entre cama e parede para ir até o banheiro era muito apertado. Garagem ficava em outro local, cerca de uma quadra, dependendo de manobrista para isso, que gerava certo tempo de espera. Localização escelente, limpeza e cafe muito bom. Se arrumarem esses outros fatores acredito que ficaria muito melhor a hospedagem.
