Disappontment

I traveled to Curitiba on business. I planned to have dinner at the hotel while working, but to my surprise, the hotel does not have a restaurant (although it is advertised) or even room service. Although the building has 17 floors (14 rooms) only a small one (for up to five people) was functioning. For a Slaviero hotel, it disappointed me.

The hotel in general was good, excellent check-in service, good and comfortable room, breakfast ok, but the service could be improved. There was a delay in replacing fruits, cutlery, etc. The parking was terrible! I probably won't return to this hotel because of this. I paid R$ 31.00 and when checking out I discovered that the car was two blocks from the hotel and it took them almost 30 minutes to bring me the car! Parking service was terrible! The worst I have ever seen in my life!

Funcionarios bastante cordiais e prestativos. Quarto pequeno e apertado, espaço entre a cama e a tv, bem apertado, uma pessoa mais encorpada não consegue passar. Cafe da manha muito bom. Estacionamento é um problema, demora para trazer o carro, tem que solicitar com antecedencia para não atrasar nos compromissos. Para uma parada de descanso vai bem, mas para ficar mais dias, não achei uma boa opçao.

Bom hotel, camas e cobertas confortáveis, chuveiro com bastante pressão, café da manhã variado e muito bom, com máquina de café. Localização ótima, supermercado e shopping próximos. Apenas duas observações: 1) as toalhas precisam ser renovadas urgentemente, são finas e secas, dá pra ver que são bem velhas. 2) é cobrado o absurdo valor de 38,00 pelo estacionamento e isso em nenhum momento é informado no momento da reserva.. apenas consta que há estacionamento com manobrista disponível, mas pelo valor da diária deveria ser incluso.

O que mais se destacou foi o atendimento da equipe. Tive um pequeno problema ao chegar, pois inicialmente não estavam encontrando a minha reserva. No entanto, a situação foi prontamente resolvida, com muita agilidade e atenção, o que me deixou bastante tranquila. Aproveito para parabenizar todo o time pela habilidade, organização e, principalmente, pelo carinho no atendimento. Fui muito bem recebida tanto no check-in quanto no check-out. Equipe querida, educada e extremamente prestativa. A estadia foi ótima e certamente voltaria a me hospedar.
