Rooms were the perfect size, tv, microwave, fridge, air conditioner, coffee and hairdryer. Some stuff could use some upgrading, but overall clean and comfortable. Also- my shower had amazing water pressure- the best water pressure in any hotel i have ever been in. Parking wasn’t too hard to find. Great location.

The room and bed were very comfortable, and the owner responded to texts and phone calls immediately, but there is nobody on property except cleaning staff that I could see. You check in by texting the owner and he gives you an access code to your room. The room was not as clean as it could have been but there was in-room coffee that cleaning staff was always happy to replenish, and there is no security at all. I did not feel unsafe, but a woman traveling alone may feel vulnerable with an always unlocked front door and no staff on property, at least none that was visible.

The fact that it is a self-check service makes it different in a good way. Once you have your codes for your room, you are all set. But a big plus is that, even though you are doing all on your own, there is someone you can reach out to via text, which is more than what I've gotten with in-person services at some places. Self-service with a sense of having help in case it is needed. I'll stay here as many times as I need to.
