Bad experience!

I showed up to the hotel and the property was not like the description on the website, nor were the photos the same. I reseved a deluxe ocean view. When I got to the room the door didn't work. It took 30 minutes to open the door. When I went inside the room, i was vey surprised. It was small, very plain, old and dirty. It looked nothing like the website photos. In fact, I believe the photos were of their sister property which is a condo. There was also a huge puddle of water on the floor. We decided not to stay at the hotel and made a reservation at another property. When I asked for them to cancel the reservation and return my money the hotel mamager refused. He said he had no authority to reverse the charge and there was no one there I could speak to. Which I beleive was not true. I would not recommend staying here as there are much nicer Pousadas in Jeri for the same or less then the Blue Hotel.

I would advise prospective guests to pause before booking this hotel. In my opinion, it needs a complete renovation and the price charged did not live up to our expectations. The cleaning staff tried but they are cleaners not magicians - they cannot erase the rust from the mirrors that make it impossible to see your face. The mirrors need replacing - period! The towels were old and past their useful expiration date. The design and ventilation of the bathroom is poor (tall people sitting on the toilet is very uncomfortable). Steam/fog and smells linger for an unbearable length of time after using the bathroom. Finally, we arrived 1 hour before check in time of 3 pm but had to wait until 3 pm to check in as the staff advised the room would only be magically done "cleaning" at 3 pm. Fine, 3 pm check in is 3 pm. Yet, when 3 pm arrived that is when a lot of administrative tasks were assigned so that in reality by the time we got done it was closer to 3:30 pm. For the foregoing reasons, we would not stay at this hotel again.

Não obtivemos resposta em algumas mensagens encaminhadas ao hotel assim como os telefones disponibilizados para contato não atendiam. O hotel carece de uma reforma iminente. Piscina, móveis e equipamentos desatualizados e mal conservados. A limpeza dos quartos deixou muito a desejar. A varanda do quarto em nenhum momento foi varrida permanecendo, em todo o período, com folhas das árvores. Enxoval antigo e desgastado (lençol, toalhas etc).Piscina suja (todas) e com água turva. A exceção positiva da estadia foi a equipe de atendimento do café da manhã.

Hotel é muito bom, fiquei num quarto com a cama confortável! Achei que a limpeza deixou a desejar, no 1º dia as colchas estavam bem amassadas, como se já tivessem sido usadas anteriormente. Além disso, o banheiro tinha um cheiro forte de xixi! O café da manhã é maravilhoso e as áreas das piscinas também são ótimas! O hotel é muito escuro à noite!

A internet boa para minha necessidade, staff bem amigável e eficiente. Café da manhã além do básico, quartos limpos e confortáveis. Porém o hotel precisa de alguns cuidados. Movéis do restaurante e materiais usados no buffet do serviço de café estão precisando ser renovados.
