Beautiful hotel with a fantastic staff!! We had originally booking our stay in Fortaleza at the Sierra did not like the service nor the facilities. The Vila Galé was fantastic and would recommend all to book a stay there.

The property staff didn’t speak any English and didn’t try to make any effort and even during check in I had a trouble because I arrived early and they refused to let me use the pool for two hours instead of waiting in the lobby. I send a msg to the management but haven’t heard anything back until now.

The public areas are very nice, but the rooms are very old and in disrepair. All of the windows were broken in our room, the air conditioner was rusted, and the control unit was falling off the wall, the sliding door to the patio could not be locked, and it was this way in all of the rooms at the hotel. it took us an hour and a half to check in because we had to wait in line and switch rooms two times. We were told by the maintenance guy that all of the sliding doors did not lock on the patios, but it was a safe area. Upon checking out, they charged us a 10% service fee, when I asked them what it was for they said to cover the cost that they had to pay Expedia! They did not have an iron so we could not iron our clothes. The steamer they had was not available for three days so we went out and wrinkled clothes to have dinner. everything closes early around the hotel which has very limited options in the area. The main beach by downtown is much much better. It is the only hotel in the area and there are several abandoned lots around the property. Lots of glass and broken debris from torn down buildings along the beaches. Be careful walking in the sand, lots of glass bottle caps, and broken pieces of tile. Service in the restaurant is terrible. The managers in the white shirts did absolutely nothing except play on their phones and talk to each other while we were walking around looking for silverware. The lights in the hotel are turned off at night.

Hotel é ótimo. Tudo limpinho, cama confortável, chuveiro excelente. Os cartões para toalhas e pulseirinha são dois sistemas simples que funcionam muito bem ao longo de toda a hospedagem, algo que adoramos. O ponto fraco foi a alimentação. Café da manhã nota 10, mas os restaurantes dentro do hotel são confusos nos horários, dias que abrem e cardápio. Vale a pena pedir na recepção a relação dos horários e cardápios para entender melhor onde ir e quanto e ter paciência (os pratos não são rápidos). A melhor refeição foi no Massa Fina, na noite que vimos que estava aberto. A pizza é excelente e as massas também.

Bom café da manhã. Ponto negativo: Constante problemas com o ar condicionado. Além de não refrigerar o quarto, constantemente desarma. Este problema com o ar condicionado é recorrente, aconteceu com outros hóspedes e comigo em hospedagem no mesmo hotel em 2025. 4 vezes me hospedei em 4 anos seguidos, sinto em dizer que decaiu a qualidade do hotel nessa última estadia, me senti mal recebido pela recepção, me alocaram em um quarto com problemas de odor no banheiro, só fui realocado em outro quarto no dia seguinte depois de reclamar 3 vezes, as refeições decaíram em opções, alguns valores subiram de mais, meu quarto demorava muito para ser arrumado e quando era arrumado a limpeza não era boa, em fim para um hóspede que constantemente se hospeda, achei que de uma avaliação de 5 estrelas caiu para 2,5, uma rede de hotéis tão grande deveria prezar mais por suas instalações e atendimento.

Ar condicionado não estava funcionando calor de 30* sem ar,3072 pedimos entrada na piscina demorou 1:45" para sair e depois de muita reclamação veio frio. Cerveja pedida até agora não chegou 😫 o hotel precisa de manutenção .. perguntamos para o rapaz da cerveja e comida onde estava (ele nos responde que o seu supervisor não deixou que ele nos atende se) e fica se nas mesas ... 🤔 pessimo atendimenro !! Não voltaremos 👏
