There was no coffee in the room. Black mold in the shower. My room was not clean. And the hotel said they’d organize my airport shuttle, and then I almost missed my flight because they didn’t. The laundry room was right next to my room. People were doing laundry all night; it was very loud and disrupted my sleep each night. I needed ear plugs.

We love Mountain Lodge have been staying here for years. It's a great balance of cost, ease of ski in/out, easy access to Gondola, shuttle to store or Mountain Village, etc. Staff is always great. The only downside is that the rooms are SO HOT! Even with the thermostat cranked down, the in-floor heating of the building keeps the rooms too warm. It was close to 0ºF outside our last night this year, but we still had to keep a window cracked to keep the room comfortable.

Our stay at the Moutan Telluride was great! From staff to location everything was top notch. Loved having access to tram or gondola walk was close to hop on. We travel with two children so having washer / Dryer easily accessible was key . Would highly recommend to family and friends.

The Lodge is beautiful and comfortable. The staff were extremely kind and polite and very helpful. We loved the easy walk to the Gondola and grocery store. The concierge, Chris, was a joy to talk to and he gave us awesome service. We recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Mt. Village in Telluride.

This property is very nice. A small gondola ride up from Mountain Village. We got a two bedroom apartment which was very nice. The pool looks great and the service was very good. You are about 20 minutes away on the gondola ride, which is very convenient from the town of Telluride. I would certainly recommend staying at this hotel if you don’t mind the 20 minute gondola ride into town. That’s surroundings are beautiful though, and you can do a lot of hiking from the area.

The Mountain Lodge is a very nice hotel with lovely views of the mountains. The hotel staff for very helpful and attentive to their guests. I would suggest having more lighting on the walkways and stairs near the lodge and Prospect Creek. My husband and I would definitely stay in the Mountain Lodge if we went back to Telluride.
