As a frequent traveler, I expected much more from a Marriott-branded 4-star hotel. Marriott should be ashamed to have this property associated with its name.
The hotel advertises parking, but there is no true on-site parking—it is located across the street, which is misleading if you’re arriving with luggage or expecting the convenience normally associated with a 4-star property.
There is also no proper restaurant for dinner, another surprising omission for a hotel in this category.
The room was unbelievably small. There was only about 1–2 feet of space around the queen bed, making it feel more like a cramped hostel room than a 4-star hotel. The furnishings were sparse, and the entire room had a lingering odor of old cigarette smoke.
The staff were understaffed and not responsive when assistance was needed.
Breakfast was well below average. The selection was limited, the quality was mediocre.
Overall, this property falls far short of Marriott standards in comfort, amenities, and service. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone expecting the quality normally associated with the Marriott brand.
