Downside is room 21 being very noisy at night due to the window vents not fully closing (and outside smoking area right outside your window) and the entrance door in the hallway next to the room closing (cq. smacking) very loudly every time. We stayed in several different locations in Amsterdam. This was the roomiest with the best A/C. The staff was very friendly. It was a little run down. Quick/cheap uber to/from the ArenA. Overall a good stay!
