8/10 Very good

Great location. Lovely room, comfortable bed and linen. Some noise from trains obviously! Ear plugs provided by Hotel. Adequate breakfast, but Staff not overly great at restocking food, or cleaning up. Evening restaurant Staff unfriendly, food good. Also despite purchase of drinks, and request tap water charged DKK 35. Unfriendly Staff let this place down, excepting Reception Staff.

I had a fabulous stay at ProfileHotel Copenhagen Plaza two weeks ago. The room overlooked the beautiful Central Station, but with the window closed you couldn't hear a thing! The bathroom was recently renovated, the bed was super soft and the breakfast buffet was excellent! I also have to give special thanks to the receptionist, Chel, who walked all the way up to fourth floor with me to explain how the lights worked (as I was too stupid for smart lights!). All in all a fantastic stay, and I am definitely staying here again next time I'm in Copenhagen.
