8/10 Very good

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Our rooms were excellent, clean and smelled great. We did not have the breakfast but we did use the eating area for a quick dinner and it was quiet, clean and pleasant. No complaints ànd entering the building late at night was a breeze. We used our card àt the side entrance ànd that was convenient rather than walking to the main entrance since we parked behind the building. Wish we could’ve tried all the amenities on site but our stay was short. We wanted to test the gym. From the outside looking in, it looked clean and well-kept. Definitely recommend for a quick or long stay.

6/10 Good

The hotel is good and in a good location. Comfortable. We have stayed here before. This time though, when going to the room assigned to us, the key opened the door but the inside latch was hooked so it caught. A man came to the door to see what was going on. Back to the front desk - much confusion and finally we got a key to a new room. Entered that room with the TV on welcoming someone with a name other than mine. A bit of an uneasy feeling thinking someone else may be coming into this room. Just quite a bit of frustration and wasted time.

The room was very clean no issues with the room. When I arrived in was a late check-in and the night staff was very helpful. I needed help with the internet and he walk me through it. The breakfast was awesome!! I like the fact it just wasn't waffle, cereal, toast like they serve everywhere else. The egg and link sausage awesome. The fruit bowl good. Parking was good. Overall my stay was good it was quite in hotel and no people standing around. I will stay there again. Thank Hampton Inn...
