The location is very convenient. Supper market and pizza store is just crossroad, and Chinese restaurant Red Lotus is 2 minutes' walk. No coffee maker in the room but check in place serves the hot water and coffee from 7am to 11pm, the staffs are very nice there. Microwave and mini fridge in the room which is a plus.

The room was clean and very large. Seemed the room may ave recently been updated. Plenty of room for all our luggage and room to move around. Plenty of parking. Beds were comfortable. Location was perfect. Right around the corner from Yellowstone East entrance. Very convenient to downtown shopping and several great restaurants. Only downside was no coffee maker, microwave or fridge. Luckily we had our own coffee maker, coffee and a large cooler. Other than that, everything was great!

Rooms basic, clean and comfortable. A mini fridge would have been nice. Small complaint, coffee was never ready at 7:00AM as sign in the office indicated. The office was never opened till after 7:00, we walked around the corner to a coffee shop when we wanted an early start. Still excellent location, clean, very good value.

Hotel is bare bones and basic. The older lady at check-in wasn't friendly and somewhat abrupt. There was no refrigerator in room and ice machine at complex wasn't working. Apparently ice machine hasn't worked all season according to front desk. It was a great location for entrance to West Yellow and close walking distance to shopping and food. We stayed here for 1 night on trip to Yellowstone. Probably would not stay here again.

The room was very clean. If you want warm/hot water, then don't stay there. We were only in our room in the mornings and at night, but when we wanted hot water there was none. I went to the front desk and mentioned that we didn't have hot water, she mentioned that there were two buses that just pulled in and if they all took a shower there would be no hot water. Well, then don't you think that the motel then should install larger hot water heaters so that everyone would have hot water.

We had a great stay. The hotel was conveniently located just minutes from the entrance to the national park, and we could easily walk to the supermarket and nearby souvenir shops. We really appreciated that our request for a first-floor room was accommodated. Having both a microwave and a refrigerator in the room was also very helpful. The property is a little older overall, but the room was clean and well maintained, and we had no issues during our stay.

Room was clean. Dated decor but cleanliness is definitely more important to me. Parking is limited. Hotel was very accomodating in providing us a microwave and fridge due to food allergies. I never found an ice machine on property. They do still service rooms each day to make beds and replace towels.
