The room was very open and comfortable. The parking lot was easy to navigate and the staff was incredible! Tina at the front desk especially was so friendly and a huge help. We had to book at the last minute due to the hotel we had original booked making an error to our reservation. Tina was sympathetic and understanding after the bad experience elsewhere. She left us with a smile and made the night better with her kindness!

Found out this property had extensive flooding with the last hurricane. It smells like mold, ac is old and doesn't work. Very loud. Dimly lit rooms, bathroom had been upgraded or painted . The breakfast wasn't edible. Stale muffins, old fruit, gross tasting juice. Shouldn't be allowed to be called breakfast.

Hotel full of masters repairing inside the hotel.

They should have warned the guests that they were remodeling the hotel. There were construction workers working inside the hotel. It was a shame not to have known about this.

Flooded out.

The staff was amazing. The hotel flooded due to Hurricane Milton. All hotel workers worked hard to evacuate patrons. We only stayed a day and a half of our 3 day stay.

I like the convenient near stores and restaurants did not like the walls are paper thin did not like the early repair men they came before 8am did not like there free breakfast which is one of the reasons I booked that hotel didn’t like that they did not provide room service every day.
