All staff that we interacted with were excellent! Polite and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The spa was so relaxing! The restaurant had a varied menu. We ate there several times during our stay and both food and service were excellent. The only things I can "complain" about is that there were no glasses in the rooms - only paper cups.
