Helpful staff, helped us check in early - so great! The breakfasts were varied and plentiful very quiet hotel just a short walk to the main centre. The hotel accommodates touring groups so can be busy early morning at breakfast some days. Good sized rooms with all amenities. Shower over the bath in the room we were assigned. Comfortable beds, rooms cleaned every day. Would definitely stay again.

8/10 Very good

Easy check in and check out, staff was very friendly. Our room keeper was amazing. The only thing we didn't like is that the promotion for the hotel shows balconies and rooftop and it seems like it is available to all guests and they are not. There are only a limited amount of rooms with balconies and there is no rooftop.

6/10 Good

The location of this hotel was perfect, very short walking distance to the tram station and main old town. The cleanliness of the hotel was fair, there was a big stain on the carpet of our room and I had a few bites/ itchy spots after sleeping there for the first night. Staff were helpful and speaks good English. Early check in was available which was a bonus. Breakfast was good with great variety, however the sliced oranges on the second day had a cheesy aftertaste which was a bit off putting.

Great clean and warm bedroom and bathroom, excellent breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful . Very centrally located. Some street noise from stag revellers on our first night, but clearly outwith the control of the hotel.
