Great location right at the intersection of the Spanish quarter and centro Stoico, few hundred meters to Via Toledo and Spaccanapoli. Spacious, high-ceilinged room (room #1, 'Toto'), with excellent AC. Very quiet, with no noise from street during the night. Helpful and communicative staff. Only minus was that the shower drain was partially blocked, causing water to flood the floor.

Had a great two night stay at this b&b! Maria is so welcoming and on had to help you with whatever you need! The rooms ard spacious, clean and cosy balcony! Breakfast is at a nice corner cafe right outside the building, perfect for us. Would stay again and recommend to anyone for a stay in the historic center!

Lovely large room with high ceilings and balconies. Modern bathroom, large bed, great location within a few blocks of the archeological museum. Easy to reach by metro. Maria welcomed me, showed how to use the key card, and provided me with the breakfast card which I redeemed at a cafe around the corner.

Maria (10/10)cleaned our large room and made sure we had whatever we needed every day. Room, bathroom, closet , refrigerator, coffee tea were clean. Beverages were refreshed which was appreciated due to the heat. Air conditioning kept us cool. Questions via email received prompt responses. Would return since the stay exceeded expectations and was near the train, restaurants etc. One suggestion having larger garbage can for water bottles

The room was large, bright, and nicely styled. Mario and Maria were both wonderfully kind and accommodating, which made the stay even better. The property is right in the heart of town, so everything was easy to reach. We could enjoy the lively atmosphere from the street outside, yet once the windows were closed, it was perfectly peaceful inside.

That was overall good, but the thing with the elevator that doesn’t moves unless you drop 10 cents, it’s really annoying! They gave us all the coins that we need, but once you forget to take with you a coin you will have to climb all the 5 floors and it is not pleasant! Other thing is the towels, the smell was not great I think because it is dried on a dry machine and they smell like humidity! Other thing is the place of the breakfast, not great at all! If you go the Dante Piazza you will find the Don Alfredo place and they have fresh fruit and juice better that the KarmaCore place that is where the voucher sends you!
