These rooms are amazing! So comfortable, quiet and a very short walk to the beach. I wish we would’ve had more time here. The bunglows are very nice and the property is lovely. We really enjoyed the "family" pool, which was right by our bungalow. The space was perfect and beautiful for our family stay. Breakfast included was delicious. We thought it was a continental type breakfast but no. This is a full cooked to order meal. Staff was great, they went out of their way to help us. The beach access is great and the pool is nice too.

Our only complaint was the air conditioning wasn’t very strong. We loved this hotel. Access to the beach and restaurants was incredible. The staff were amazingly accommodating and helpful. On our last day the island was being evacuated ahead of a hurricane, but the staff continued to go above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend.

Nice Hotel right at the beach. Very friendly staff and the location is perfect as the hotel is not too far from the city center (10min walk) but far away from all the beach bars which can get a little louder when they turn on the music. Forget the fancy hotels at the end of the island you will always have to take a taxi to get to the city center. Hotel is clean. It is not a luxury hotel but we felt very comfortable there for the 3 days we stayed in Holbox. Breakfast is ok, wifi is available rounnd the reception.

The overall stay was average. The bungalow was clean throughout the stay and the included breakfast was good. There was no one at the poolside bar during the stay. Due to storms, the beach was covered in seaweed, which was only cleaned on day 3/3 for us. Overall the stay was fine but my hopes were higher for what we paid to stay (~200USD per night).
