We were sat in the bar and mice (as in plural) were running around the bar area. The bottle of water in my room was already open when I went into the room and half full. I have stayed here a number of times, never had this experience. This really has gone down hill.

All employees were so kind and accommodating. It was my first international solo trip and they answered all of my questions patiently every time. I had three separate stays close in dates (traveling to other cities in between) but it was always a smooth transition checking in and out. Only downsides were flat pillows after you lay on them once, surfaces in rooms could be cleaned better and there was an odd hole in the wall in my 3rd hotel room that made me uncomfortable. Otherwise, I am excited to come back and stay at the Dorint again!

The Dorint Hotel and my room at Heumarkt is more beautiful in person than I expected. I enjoyed the views of the DOM from the elevator. The hotel is in a safe location and is nearby the DOM and lots of restaurants and activities. Everything about the hotel is excellent. It was a very good visit.
