Had a great stay at the historic Centrella Hotel. It is in an excellent location in Downtown PG. Easy uphill 1-block walk to Lighthouse Ave or a couple blocks to the ocean. Prepare for on-street parking as there are only about a half-dozen parking spaces in front of the hotel and they are not very long. But what's nice (and necessary) are those parking spaces are wider than what you'd normally find at a local parking lot for retail or groceries.

Friendly and hospitable staff and a good breakfast. Parking is mostly on the street, but never had an issue getting a spot. Great location 3 blocks from Lover's Point and restaurants within walking distance. Room was small with no ac, but a box fan was provided which did cool the room.

Our room was small but very quiet and comfortable. It is an old hotel, but that's ok. The continental breakfast was great, and having coffee available all day was nice as well as the free glass of wine in the evening. We loved sitting on the outside front porch enjoying the glass of wine. It was walkable to everything, including the beach. The staff was great - very helpful and knowledgeable!
