We were just there for the night to see a play. It's clean and convenient, but staff not easy to find. No real amenities, but close to good food options and grocery store. Small pool full of kids. Some rooms were Pet friendly with a big park across the street and small pet area out front.

Great service from Gurpik (not sure I've spelled his name right...), who moved me to a ground-floor room so I could secure my bike overnight. The pool—small, but refreshing—was very nice after a long day's drive in hot summer temperatures. The pizza place right next door is also a nice "amenity," good pizza and beer. Had a good night's sleep after the family right over my room upstairs quieted down, lot of noise from running but did not go on too late. All in all, very good value for a place tp stop over in Ashland.

Returning travelers from over ten years ago, I believe when the property had just been renovated. Happy to see it has been maintained since then. Off-putting phone call for late check-in (it’s me, I really hate making phone calls at all) but otherwise the process itself was smooth, with the key retrieval and follow up text. Super comfortable and clean beds. Entertainment center doubling up as drawer and mini fridge storage was a bit too large for the space. The bathroom fan timer switch wasn’t holding (it immediately unwound) but not a big deal, the little window was openable. Definitely will gladly come back here for an Ashland/Medford-focused stay.

Older but clean property. Being on special diets, my friend and I both appreciated booking a room with a kitchen (fridge, stove, plates, etc) A bit of a walk to OSF campus for those not used to walking, but doable for younger folks. Does appear to be on the bus line, but we had a car. A few smaller things weren't deal breakers (bigger coffee cups) but we did have major trouble, late at night, with the room key not working. Strongly suggested to mgmt that they replace all door knobs and locks.

This was such a cute retro hotel. Perfect for a one night stop. It had the best pizza place right next door and a grocery store within walking distance. We had our dog and they had a perfect little dog area too right outside of the animal friendly room.

Exceeded expectations. Clean, comfortable room. The area was quiet and safe. We got a good nights sleep. Water pressure in the shower was good. We initially got a lower room and were able to move to an upstairs room quickly which was better for us. The gal at the front desk was helpful just not very friendly. It would have been nice to have tea bags and larger towels. But overall a good experience.
