We had a great three night stay! The manager and staff were helpful and courteous. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms have been renovated and are very clean. We didn't know upon arrival, but the hotel is located downtown by three very busy streets. The room we were in was right by the intersection, and it was quite loud until 2 am. When we mentioned this to the front desk, they gave us a different room, which worked out very well. We had a very peaceful rest of our stay. We would stay there again.

I was on my way to Portland for a family event. And stayed the night in Redding. I was looking for an affordable and conveniently located establishment. Well, I found it at Thunderbird Lodge! The staff was kind and the room was very clean. Being right in the heart of downtown Redding was a concern in the beginning for potential traffic noise. But honestly, It was quiet in my room and I was able to get a great night's sleep. The television had many channels including many movies to choose from. The breakfast provided was limited. But adequate and the room therein was clean like everything else:)

Rooms were very nice and clean. Bed was great. And the kitchen was very handy. The property is away from downtown but reservations come with bus passes to transport you as often as needed. They do have an indoor pool, but you have to walk outside to return to the rooms. (Usually a chiily trip)

The location was good. Right next to a busy road, so lots of noise from traffic. The cleanliness of the room was no bueno, the floor was DISGUSTING. My dog dripped some water on the floor and when I wiped it up with toilet paper, the paper was BLACK. The bottom of my new pink flip flops were BLACK. Hair found on the pillow.

The hotel itself was convenient from the highway, easy to get to and then a great location. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The beds were comfy, the a/c worked well, and bathroom was clean. The only issue was there were people revving their engines on the road nearby; however, if you put the a/c fan on to low it was enough to drown out the noise.

The hotel was great. The staff is so nice and super helpful. I love that there is an all night donut shop next door. The walkability of this place is amazing. Totally will stay here again. It was a fun birthday weekend for sure.
