Quirky hotel with first class restaurant

The hotel’s restaurant is 1st class. Fantastic menu with great dishes. The layout is fractured due to the fact that it is split between several houses and different levels. The village is very welcoming with lots of small shops and bars. Unfortunately they were still working on the swimming pool area which meant that it had limited access. However, the perfect place to explore the Bandol region with good access to the coast.

We had an issue with our aircon on arrival which turned out to be building wide. Carol who was a brilliant front of house changed our room twice so we had aircon. It's a quiet little village but has a couple.of lovely restaurants. I enjoyed a dip in the pool. Unfortunately their spa was shut on Monday when we would have been able to use it. Lovely stay.

Pretty hotel in a small village

Very nice stay. Since the property didnt hv lift and the staff saw us with heavy luggages ,they kindly upgraded us to the Trefle room on the ground floor. The room is very spacious and cozy. Will be staying again next when we are around the area

Rien à redire sur l hotel , par contre … Nous avons fait le spa , 4h de soins . Les masseuses sont très bien , le circuit spa est top …par contre la personne a l accueil n ai pas très agréable . Lors de ma réservation au spa je ne savais pas encore si nous allions prendre une chambre . Le personne au téléphone me dit qu elle ajustera le tarif car il y a un geste dans ce cas Au moment de payer ( 440€ c est pas rien ) elle nous a refusé sèchement les tarifs accordés aux résidents de l hôtel car nous ne l avons pas pris dès le depart .

Emplacement et cadre sympa, dommage que le reste ne suit pas. Actuellement je suis gold VIP chez expédia qui donne droit à un surclassement et une boisson offerte : aucun surclassement malgré les chambres supérieurs disponibles et une san pelligrino en canette chaude offerte en chambre en guise de cadeau VIP. Piscine sale avec des bouts de plastiques et pansements et des algues sur les bordures… Douche avec des moisissures. C’est dommage car le cadre est beau.

Très bel hôtel de charme, familiale. La literie était incroyable ! Un vrai bonheur d’y dormir. C’était très calme en plus. Personnel très sympathique. Gros bémol sur le petit déjeuner, vraiment très déçue pour le prix et le cadre je m’attendais à bcp mieux. J’ai eu une petite remise mais c’était vraiment décevant. Tout était sale, les pots de confitures et pâte à tartiner, les viennoiseries étaient sèches et dures, presque pas de choix, il n’y avait plus rien pourtant nous étions là 1h avant la fin, aucun accueil. Et la piscine malheureusement énormément de détritus au niveau des transats. Des canettes et sachets de nourritures vides … dommage. J’avais voulu commander une boisson au bord de la piscine, il fallait se déplacer en maillot de bain jusqu’à la réception pour la prendre. Pas pratique. Et le ménage n’avait pas été bien fait dans notre chambre, il y avait des déchets des anciens occupants dans le mini frigo. Mais bon sinon bel hôtel quand même

Séjour agréable dans un lieu atypique plusieurs bâtiments forment l'hôtel couplé à un spa (payant) et massage. Spa de petite taille mais largement suffisant attention quand il y a plus de 3 couples mais pas gênant pour nous. Le massage et les deux masseuses ont réalisé un massage top, choix de la pression, de l'huile utilisé, relâchement totale. Le restauration sur place est présente le menu peut ne pas convenir a tout le monde et des prix un peu élevé. L'arrivée du bistrot annoncé cet été apportera certainement une alternative. Le petit déjeuner en version continale ou améliorée, avec des produits de qualité. Que du positif pour nous. Merci pour l'accueil et la qualité de séjour.
