We recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. The staff were truly the highlight of our visit, they went above and beyond for us in every interaction. Their friendliness and willingness to help made a real difference, and the clean, comfortable bedding was also appreciated.
The breakfast was another strong point. Everything was fresh, tasty, and the breakfast area itself was spotless and well-maintained.
That said, the property overall is in need of significant maintenance. The hot tub was barely working, and the water in both the pool and hot tub seemed questionable. The pool deck is peeling, and sticking to everything, which is uncomfortable and concerning, especially since it’s likely ending up in the pool and a tripping hazard. There were also no pool towels available during portions of our stay. The entire pool area could benefit from a deep cleaning, as it definitely gave me the ick.
We genuinely want to return because the staff were wonderful and the basics (like bedding and breakfast) were solid, but the pool area and general upkeep need attention to make the stay fully enjoyable.
