The staff were very friendly, kind and attentive. The room (jr suite) was spacious for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Even the pullout couch was relatively comfortable. We booked Hotel Maison Louise, due to our initial hotel not having air conditioning!!! Hotel Maison Louise, was perfect and completely suited our requirements. Our room was spacious, clean AND air-conditioned. Staff were very polite and helpful. Varied breakfast selection. The location, old Lille was perfect, with a great selection of restaurants directly to the left and right of the hotel; which were frequented by locals. Boutique shops, cafes and a wine bar or two a short stroll away. With an easy 10 minute stroll into the centre of Lillie. What more could you want; for your stay in Lille, you won’t go wrong booking a stay at the Maison Louise Hotel, Lille.

Voor 1-2 nachten is het oké, voor een langere periode zijn de kamers over het algemeen te klein, überhaupt geen ruimte of voor het opbergen van kleding, de koffer is de kast en ligt op de grond. Dr prijs + 200 is dan zeker veel te hoog voor wat je krijgt. Ook parkeren is een dingetje en moet je soms een stukje lopen naar de auto en parkeerplek

Étant souvent en déplacement, j'ai l'habitude des hôtels 4 étoiles, mais pour moi, celui-ci n'en mérite que 3. J'ai séjourné dans une "suite" où il n'y avait que de l'eau dans le minibar, le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas correctement et j'ai même eu la surprise le lendemain que le réassort du thé ou même de l'eau n'était pas fait. Indigne si l'on veut se prétendre 4 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner était moyen (pas beaucoup de choix). Très déçu.
