If you like authenticity and the real deal, this is the place. Located dead center of Ribe with a easy access to all local sites. The hotel is very, very old - not in a warn way but in a way og being several hundred years old. I would stay here again

A mistake An old hotel - but not worth staying there. Only if one is ready to give up all “modern” facilities. The rooms are dark and very hot (window don’t open properly), toilet is dump with unpleasant smell… etc As said - a mistake.

Our room was not clean. It was very uncomfortable beds. The room and hotel had bad air quality. The breakfast was ok. The service was quite bad. When they say parking is an available they mean public parking 5-10min walkway from the hotel. The family rooms are also located with tons of stairs as far away as possible from the entrance.

Vi havde en blandet oplevelse med vores ophold. Vi var forberedt på, at det ville være et gammelt hus, men ikke, at der ville være omkring en halv meters højde forskel på værelset. Det var charmerende, men det betød også, at man lå og spændte i kroppen for ikke at falde ud af sengen Vandtrykket i badet var ikke særlig godt, og det var svært at tage et ordentligt bad Man kunne måske skrive inden booking, at det måske ikke er noget for høje mennesker, for både på værelset, men særligt også på badeværelset gik min mand (som er næsten to meter) duknakket Morgenmad var ganske udmærket, og personalet meget venligt Til sidst er der at sige, at vi havde bestilt og fik også et af de dyreste værelser. Det var lidt ærgerligt at vågne til lyden af larmende lastbiler, når man gerne ville have set ud på domkirken og hørt kirkeklokkerne. Der holdt to lastbiler og larmede i næsten to en halv timer. Meget ærgerligt, specielt man blev vækket af dem

Spisekort i restaurant er "meget " lille i udvalg 2 forretter 2 hovedretter samt 2 deserter, udvalget udenfor eller i vægterkælderen var større, så meget skuffende at skulle vælge mellem kulmule eller svinebryst når næsen var sat efter et godt stykke oksekød, så en skuffelse når man man er vant til at komme rundt til small hotels som kan meget mere. Mvh Arne Brylle Ps. Det er eneste punkt at pege fingre på i vores ophold.
