10/10 Exceptional

This hotel is perfectly located as it is just off the 401 and there are lots of retail and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is undergoing renovations however the cleaning staff are doing a good job keeping up. The room was excellent with a very comfortable bed and the entire room was very clean. Bathroom was small but the price was right. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kingston, ON

8/10 Very good

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, free breakfast was very good. Room was a bit noisy, you can hear guests next door very well and every door closing close by could also be heard but that stopped by about 9pm and was quiet afterwards. For the price it was worth it

Nice staff, rooms were great. Breakfast is decent but the breakfast area is very small. Note that there are multiple buildings and amenities are not in the main reception area.

Rooms were really clean. Staff was great at breakfast. Pool was down for maintenance which was unfortunate but we were able to use the pool at the adjacent hotel but it was very busy. Outside of the building and worn

Lot of parking space.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

The place was nice and clean, highway noise wasn’t a problem because of the loud AC, breakfast was OK but it is ridiculous to charge for parking in Kingston out near the highway! It’s not like it was downtown Montreal, Toronto or even Kingston for that matter…

Everything was excellent except the outside swim lessons conducted at the pool during the busiest time for patron swimmers.

Recently renovated but okay overall… Carpet in the hallway was dirty at the entrance of the rooms..you could tell they did not vacuum recently… Breakfast was very honest for the price
