Tivemos uma ótima experiência no hotel. Viajamos em família para ir ao Beto carreiro, e o hotel oferece uma ótima estrutura para crianças, além de uma excelente equipe de recreadoras durante todo o dia, desde do café da manhã até após a janta, o meu filho adorou a tia Mônica, a jujuba, suave , cenoura, alem do mágico Gui Perez. O hotel conta com meia pensão, oferecendo um ótimo café da manhã e janta, com ampla variedade e comida saborosa, alem de uma equipe que nos atendeu super bem, tanto dentro do restaurante, quanto no bar e na piscina. E para quem vai ao parque, mesmo o hotel sendo em frente , ainda e oferecido o serviço de transferência 3 vezes na parte da manhã e da tarde para o parque.

O hotel fica bem próximo ao parque do Beto Carrero, oferece transfer ida e volta sem custo, ótima opção, mas caso opte por andar, são só 14min, bem próximo mesmo. Estacionamento do hotel: ótimo, já incluso na diária, descoberto, de fácil acesso. Fiz a reserva para família, 02 quartos, quartos bons, camas boas, porém, um cheiro super forte de bolor, em ambos os quartos! Ficamos 03 diárias e 24horas dos dias com janelas abertas não melhorou nem 10% o odor. Banheiro: ótima ducha, separado do sanitário, porém sem porta no acesso e de frente ao espelho, para família de adultos que estão dividindo o quarto é um tanto constrangedor. Comida meia pensão: café da manhã e jantar, bem preparados e com boa variedade. Funcionários: o pessoal do restaurante é 100% solicito, os da recepção, meu Deus, precisam de treinamento, principalmente a que fica a noite, mal humorada e de zero educação. Aliás, fiz a reserva meses antes, fiz dois questionamentos pelo chat oficial da hotéis.com, e até o momento sequer deram qualquer devolutiva, isso antes do check in. Não utilizei o serviço de recreação, portanto não posso opinar. Vi muitas notas 10/10, e quem frequenta hotéis, não se iludam! Não é de tamanha qualidade quanto descrito. Um bom hotel para uma breve passagem e próximo ao parque, ante o que é oferecido na região.

O hotel em frente ao Beto Carrero, menos de 10min a pé. Fomos quando estava frio, por isso nao aproveitamos a piscina que parece bem boa. A comida do café da manha e jantar sao ok, boa variedade mas nada espetacular. Espaço kids com variedade de brinquedos mas precisando de manutenção. Quartos espaçosos e com conforto. Porém, nao acho q vale o custo-benefício, diária cara pelo que apresenta.

Melhor hotel da região. Staff simpático, café da manhã e jantar deliciosos e variados. Van cortesia até o parque (mas também é possível ir a pé) e equipe de monitoria para os pequenos. Adoramos!
