Great little family-run hotel, very clean and well maintained. Paros is a small island so a lot of the popular sites and beaches are just a short drive away but if you don’t want to drive, local beach is nice and there’s plenty of cafes and tavernas within walking distance.

Excellent location! A rocky beach in front but just 20 steps from that is the sandy beach of the town and a great place to sit at local taverna. Also just steps from bus stop and from there easy to travel to other points of interest on island. The unit is spare, but comfortable. Neighboring balconies are close together but we all got along great and more of a plus than a minus if you like people! We had the good fortune to have a Greek couple on one side and a German group on the other that were all very kind and tolerant of our early morning (kids!) schedule. We were very disappointed the bar/restaurant not open and does not appear to be coming back, but many other great options nearby. Cleaning staff very courteous and thorough. Did not expect them to clean every day which, though surprising, was very thoughtful and appreciated. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to be close to water, beach, restaurants, bakery, and park.

The property is perfectly situated on a swimmable beach, steps from the center of town, which makes everything walkable, including all the shops and restaurants. Very easy to get to by bus or taxi from anywhere on Paros. The property is run by a very attentive family and every detail is well taken care of, well designed and comfortable. Our room was particularly well designed for families, with a separate area for two single beds for kids.

We liked everything about our stay in Ostria studios. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. We also had a big beautiful terrace. The studios are perfect for families as they are located in beautiful Alyki right next to the sea and beach. The room was cleaned every day , Mr Vaggelis was very kind and helpful . Totally recommend

Property was in an excellent location with walking distance to the beach, restaurants, as well as the public bus station. The family that owns the property is incredibly helpful, accommodating, and very kind. We had a wonderful stay. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service. Kostenlose Sonnenbetten auf der Terrasse direkt am Wasser. Man sollte sich hier allerdings Badeschuhe mitnehmen oder ein paar Meter weiter zum Sandstrand laufen, um ins Wasser zu gehen. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es gab einen Balkon, der auch beschattet war, so dass man ihn auch nutzen konnte.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix dans sa catégorie. Nous avions une chambre rénovée, au Rez, grande et confortable avec petite terrasse ombragée. Petite cuisine avec vaisselle, bouilloire, plaques électriques. Très calme et privatif. Pas de passage devant, sauf quelques promeneurs sur la plage en contre-bas. À 2 min à pied des restaurants et magasins.
