The hotel is in a good location, not far from the S line. The property has a boundary fence, so it is very hard to access, except through the car park; the zebra crossing in front of the hotel leads to the fence. It is quite strange that they did not create a gate somewhere so you could access it as a pedestrian. The bus stop in front of the hotel is also not easily accessible. The gym is very basic; it only has two machines and is mainly focused on cycling and running, not heavy lifting.

Hotel is a bit distance away from aeroport.Around 30 min.Fairly easy to find.Big car park. Amazing public transport which runs 24/7. Breakfast has a variety of choices. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Big bonus for a very nice gym besides all of the other good things, such as polite staff, good parking possibility (pay with application separately) and must say a good restaurant. + point for a staff member who provided me with an ice bag after I dropped a weight on my foot and also so kindly asked how I was doing two days later when checking out. Have stayed here before and like the location, with a Circle K across the street (good when traveling by car like I did). Also went to a festival, and got nice help with description on how to get there from the hotel, as it was outside Copenhagen city centre.

Firstly, no kettles in the rooms which wasn't ideal as we required hot water. Usually kettle and tea/coffee facilities come as standard. We asked for late check out when we dropped the bags off, they said we weren't able to do late check out until the day, when we checked in later that day they were able to process the late check out there and then - this was 3 days before check out - all depends on who you speak to. We paid for late check out, when we got back to the room after completing the half marathon we found that the keys had not been programmed and we were unable to get into our room. In fairness, this issue was resolved quickly and the manager did apologise. When we did come to check out, we had late check out on 2 rooms, we were told that the payment hadn't been made, we then had to spend 10 minutes disputing with the receptionist that we had paid, even getting the proof up on phones. Not ideal. Overall, a decent hotel, clean and comfortable, bathroom is good and hairdryer is included - just lacking some basic i.e tea/coffee making facilities in the room - you can get a coffee from reception but these are extremely small and they didn't have any large cups. I would recommend the hotel, just be aware of the points above :)

Breakfast was terrible. Only had 2 staff members to handle a huge room. Poor staff did not stop running around but did not manage to clean up tables and keep things filled. Huge queues at coffee machines that did not work. I had to do the cleaning myself to get some of them back online. Reception staff at checkin not very helpful and just point to some QR codes for car parking and to book breakfast. Expected more from the price paid. Finally, noise (humming) all night and impossible to sleep.

The hotel was great. We stayed in a family room, so there was one king bed and a pullout sofa for our two kids. They warned us it was small, but it was basically the size of a room in the US. The only thing is that there are no tissues like you would expect in the US, and the shower stall is a bit weird, so you may get a bit of water on the floor, but it just takes a little finagling to get it right. All in all a great stay for our stay in Copenhagen, a lovely city! Be sure to take the boat tour from Nyhavn, and beware the very expensive restaurant prices there!
