I stayed at Banyan Tree every time when I came to Phuket. My last time in Phuket was however 10 years ago. I found the villa I stayed this time was clean and spacious enough for 3 people. However, it is a bit dated and needs some update. Staff were most helpful. The newly opened beach club was exceptional and excellent for evening relax drinking. I would stay in Banyan tree again for my next visit to Phuket.

Overall a great place to stay . Location is good not far from the airport as well as a small shopping area. I wouldn’t give it many stars as it needs upgrading in a lot of areas. Lovely pool villas and really great service, particularly the General Manager who is always happy to help. They have some small renovations going on at the moment but it only had a minor impact on our stay, which was quickly resolved by the General Manager. The new beach club is really nice too, we will definitely be back!

Absolutely incredible stay at the Banyan Tree Phuket - we decided to spoil ourselves for our honeymoon and the double pool villa did not disappoint. Phenomenal suite, pool was wonderful as were the views. Air con great and the bed was super comfortable. In pool breakfast for 1000baht was super worth it too. The staff were incredible; so polite and helpful. The concierge, the buggy team and the spa staff were wonderful. Would absolutely recommend the double pool villa for a special treat.

The Banyan tree resort was really elegant, beautiful and exotic. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. They were also very efficient. There were great dining options too , especially Saffron and Hojo! The only problem is I had to move to another Villa due to the bath tap not working properly, but overall I had a brilliant time and would very much indeed recommend it. I’ll definitely be staying here in a not so distant future.
