It was nice and had many comfortable lounging areas. The bedrooms were alright and had basic necessities. Unfortunately no free internet access. I would recommend for a quick stay and beach experience but it is not a luxury location.

I've been in the hospitality business for 46 years up and down the east coast with hotels ,Resorts , And Private clubs. The staff is excellent. From the smiling Bellman to Miss Terasa who cleaned my room. the front desk was very accomadating , I had a couple special requests and they were very helpful to me and my wife's family. I spent my honeymoon there, and will return October for our anniversary.

Staff was horrible, my money and glasses were taking from my room by the cleaners. I complained and all i get as a response is, we are sorry but we cant do anything and are not responsible. I will never be going back to the resort

This hotel is getting worse because the costumer services with the waitress is the worse that you can imagine, the don’t clean the floors in the room if you request cleaning. Another thing was that we reserved 2 rooms and I requested 1 next to the other because I have kids and they didn’t care.

I really like the attentiveness of the staff. The fried pork cutlets were so good from Casablanca. Blue Lagoon was the best as well as Rodizio. I didn't like Trapiche. A lot of salty food. Also, the AC in the bedroom would get hot at night some times. Otherwise, very fun stay! Great excursions. Definitely recommend the Monkeyland and zipline.

Place was nice. Seems to have had some updates. Had issues with our room the first day. But they changed our rooms without issue. Buffet is ok. But it was good to take advantages of the many other restaurants to eat in the evening.

Horrible experience from beginning to end. The hotel made me rent another room after being at the hotel they couldn’t find my reservation. They told me to call Expedia and that Expedia does this all the time and for me to rent through them. The rooms are disgusting and old the rest rooms are moldy. While at the hotel the employees would try to sell you time shares. Worst hotel I have gone.
