A comfortable clean room with adequate amenities. Near the Ubahn and just 15 minutes to the HBF.

6/10 Good

The decor looked tired and worn out. Lobby wasn’t very inviting or warm. Staff were not fluent in English. A/C controls were complicated. I had to call front desk person what came right away to fix it. Small room etc. I will not go back over there again. Breakfast are was nice & food choices were many and good. This is a very basic hotel where you just come to crash rest and get going the next day. Bed was comfortable so that was nice.

10/10 Exceptional

A very modern house, I had a room at the 8th floor with a nice view, especially breakfast was outstanding including a super nice lady that served even super early in the morning with a bright and shiny mood - that was great! The Hotel is well equipped and located near to tram station. Also some food options are around.

Location is close to subway and easy access to city . The area is commercial/ industrial so dining options are limited. But value for money with staff being excellent . Room was clean and comfortable . Bsthroom though tight served the purpose.

I booked a Double room with Breakfast for 2 person over Expedia. At check in they claimed breakfast was only included for one person and made me pay one breakfast additional.
