Very good hotel with a good sea view. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was nice. The rooms are clean and new. Rooftop pool was closed unfortunately, but you have to at least see the view from up there, incredible. The gym is neat and has a beautiful sea view too. Great choice!

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – Für Geschäftsreisende absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Leider entsprach dieser Aufenthalt überhaupt nicht den Standards, die man von einem Mercure-Hotel erwarten darf. Bereits bei der Anreise um 14:00 Uhr war das Zimmer nicht bereit. Dass ein frühes Einchecken nicht immer klappt, ist verständlich – was danach passierte, jedoch nicht: Nach langer Wartezeit wurde mir ein Raucherzimmer angeboten, obwohl ich explizit ein Nichtraucherzimmer reserviert hatte. An der Zimmertür stand sogar noch deutlich sichtbar, dass dort geraucht werden darf. Als ich dies reklamierte, wurde mir nicht direkt geholfen. Ich musste weitere Stunden warten und konnte das Zimmer erst am späten Abend beziehen. Es ist für mich unverständlich, wie man einem europäischen Gast ein Raucherzimmer andrehen kann. Das wirft ein schlechtes Licht auf die Mentalität und Organisation des Hauses. Auch beim Frühstück lief einiges schief: Während ich kurz aufgestanden war, wurden meine Teller abgeräumt, obwohl ich noch nicht fertig war. Ein anderer Gast wurde stattdessen an meinen Platz gesetzt. Mein sorgfältig zusammengestelltes Frühstück war weg und ich musste alles neu holen. Fazit: Der Service und die Abläufe waren durchweg mangelhaft. Ich habe das Hotel schließlich vorzeitig verlassen und bin ins Dedeman gewechselt – dort liegen Service und Qualität in einer ganz anderen (und deutlich besseren) Liga. Für Geschäftsreisende keine Empfehlung!
