We had an awesome stay at this hotel! Our room was completely new, incredibly spacious, and featured a lovely little terrace. The bathroom was fully equipped, and overall, we felt super comfortable throughout our stay. Breakfast was also great, they offered a wonderful variety of options. The only downside happened on a day we went for a long hike. We returned absolutely exhausted and looking forward to an early night, but the hotel played loud music until 111:30pm (it was a Friday). While we understand that isn't excessively late for everyone, after a long day of walking in the mountains, we would have really appreciated some quiet a bit earlier! That being said, the hotel is wonderful, and we would still highly recommend it!

Et flott hotell. Rent og pent, nydelig suite. Synes ikke det lever helt opp til 5 stjerner, men absolutt et fint hotell. Mindre hotell enn jeg så for meg. Litt lite annet å gjøre for barn enn å bade, men fint basseng.

Room - Clean, attractive room with a lovely balcony view. However, it was surprising for a supposed 5* hotel to have no tea/coffee facilities. The TV also wasn’t smart-enabled and only 4 Spanish channels worked. Staff urgently need customer service training. Check-in was unfriendly; after staring at us in silence, the receptionist said, “well do you want to check in or not.” Staff often seemed to stare rather than communicate. At the rooftop bar, staff were holding some sort of meeting/cocktail session and completely ignored us despite the bar supposedly being open, so we left feeling uncomfortable. The two main pools were lovely, but the third was empty, possibly under repair. We also weren’t informed that the rooftop pool was closed for maintenance, despite it being one of the hotel’s main selling points. Charging 25 euros per hour for the spa felt excessive, especially when other facilities were unavailable and there’s nothing else to do on rainy days. Breakfast and à la carte food were 'ok', but the dinner buffet was mostly cold. Service was poor throughout meals: nobody checked on us, there was no apology when we reported raw rigatoni pasta, and we waited over 20 minutes just to place a drinks order before asking ourselves. The hotel was quiet, so it’s hard to imagine how service would cope when busy. Location - The Alsa bus from Alicante train station stops outside the hotel, which is convenient, but getting elsewhere is difficult.

Nice Hotel but is not 5 star . The food in the restaurant at night was awful as was the breakfast next day . It was cold and there were no name tags on the food so you have no idea what you are eating. Raised this with staff nobody was interested. I don’t know many 5star hotels that serve a buffet as an evening meal with no waiter service Left these comments on hotels own feed back form but yet have had no reply Other guests were not happy with the food quality in the restaurant The pool bar for lunch was perfect This was a birthday surprise for my partner Very disappointed I notice on other web sites that the quantity of food and ranking of this Hotel has been a common complaint

Bel hôtel calme avec une grande piscine lagunaire au milieu d’un jardin méditerranéen Le personnel est tres sympathique, quelques lacunes subsistent cependant dans le service, en raison d’un manque de personnel à certaines périodes de la journée. Le parking n’est pas gratuit, 19 euros la nuit, ce qui me semble prohibitif. Le restaurant buffet le soir propose des plats traditionnels simples. Lacune assez importante dans la température des plats proposés au petit dejeuner( les œufs sur le plat préparés à l’avance sont froids, les œufs brouillés ne sont pas présentés dans un plat adéquat. Idem au dîner buffet, certains plats sont proposés en dessous de la température idéale, ce qui est mauvais pour la qualité du plat et pour l’hygiène . Chambres un peu exiguës, espaces de rangement des vêtements exigus, salle de bain peu fonctionnelle.

Hotellet är inte ett 5-stjärnigt hotell, det är litet och bilderna på hemsidan stämmer inte överens med verkligheten. Det tog lång tid att komma in i rummet. Det gick inte att byta ut middagen mot lunch. Hissen tar väldigt lång tid, och buffén var mycket mager. Ett dyrt hotell med tanke på kvaliteten.

Das Hotel ist auf den ersten Blick etwas unscheinbar. Wir sind allerdings positiv überrascht, dass es modern eingerichtet und eine schöne Poolanlage geboten hat. Die Zimmer waren schön groß. Das Frühstücksbüffet bot eine gute Auswahl.

Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich sehr schön, die Zimmer groß und das Bett gemütlich. Der Poolbereich ist schön und die Auswahl beim Frühstück sehr vielfältig und lecker. Allerdings waren wir etwas überrascht von der täglichen Live-Musik, die immer bis 23:30/24 Uhr ziemlich laut lief, so dass man sie sogar auf dem Zimmer gehört hat. Beim Pool-Bereich wurden die Tische nie abgewischt und man fand sie am nächsten Tag, verdreckt und klebrig wieder, auf der Toilette am Pool gab es 2 Tage lang kein Klopapier und man wartet Ewigkeiten bei dem Pool-Restaurant/ Bistro bis man 1. wahrgenommen wird und 2. bis jemand dann auch die Bestellung aufnimmt. Der Manager dieses Restaurants hat vor unseren Augen eine Kellnerin angeschnauzt, weil sie uns einen Tisch gegeben hat, obwohl wir keine Reservierung hatten (es waren fast noch alle Tische frei & wir sind Hotelgäste gewesen).
