The staff was very helpful and friendly upon check in. They held our luggage for us when we arrived before check in time. We were provided a free transit pass to explore the city. The hotel was very modern and well kept. The air conditioning was a bit weak with the full length windows facing the sun most of the day, even with the curtains drawn, it was very warm in the room. Would definitely stay again, just maybe on the cooler season

It was a great located hotel. As a solo traveler it was safe and easy to get to and from. The staff were also friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Great stay

This hotel was lovely. We were very comfortable, the location was perfect to get around Basel. We used the Sauna and it was lovely and they also restocked the mini bar when needed. I will definitely stay again.
