The bad:The bathroom toilet was plugged, hot water shower barely had any pressure. Place look run down. The good:AC was good, cheap place, and very close to the airport.

Convenient for overnight. Close to the airport

2/10 Poor

The pictures are extremely deceiving. The Hotel is in a complete maintenance disarray. We spent technically two minutes in a hotel before we checked out and find another place. This is not a Hotel word for Expedia to be advertised because the condition is just deplorable.

The hotel is really awful, dirty and the reception lady is very rude.

Fine

There was a Best Western on the same property, and we switched our reservation to there.

We had our reservation yet had to fill out a paper application?! Our room was so loud - difficult to sleep. The bed was so darn hard!! There were so many mosquitoes in our room.

The room had a bad odor, the batroom was leaking.

Did not like that the bar only had hard liquor like whiskey and tequila

2/10 Poor

Stayed the night to catch an early flight. Luckily I didn’t take my luggage down because I woke up full of bed bug bites all over my back, face and arms. Horrible experience. Rooms should be clean and never had I had this experience at another hotel.

Mold in bathroom. Shower didn't drain well so it flooded room. Room had a foul smell. Blankets were dirty. Very loud place.
Verified review

Front desk staff was rude because I didn’t speak Spanish well. Room and bed linens were dirty and there was a person who stood outside my door screaming on the phone for an hour.

Do not stay here

The place is dirty. The room smelled horribly. Needless to say that we checked out within 15 minutes of going into the room. They didn’t even bother to ask why we were leaving the room or if they could do anything to make our stay better. And of course no refund but losing my money was better than staying in a smelly and dirty room

Nada que ver las fotos publicadas con la realidad, 3 pisos y no hay elevador, económico pero no hay agua caliente, no sirve el teléfono, humedad o paredes manchadas

There was no hot water. The staff was not helpful in resolving the problem. The hotel is old and needs work.

El aire acondicionado no es suficiente para mantener fresca la habitación y se fue la luz.
