I am hard of hearing and when I asked her what she said, she repeated it and then proceeded to ignore me and talk only to my daughter. She handed my driver's license to my daughter and told her thank you, when I am the one who gave it to her. The lady proceeded to hand all paperwork to my daughter that I needed to sign. A chair was missing a wheel in our room. It was bad
