I stayed at Hotel Aravaca while visiting Madrid for work, and it was a great choice. The location was ideal for getting to the office, which made the working days much easier and meant less time spent travelling. The room was pleasant and spotlessly clean, and I was very grateful for the big bed after a long day at work. Breakfast was lovely, and a good start to each day, and the staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. As I was there on business, I didn't get the chance to explore the hotel's facilities, so I can't comment on those. But if you're looking for a well-located, clean place to stay in this part of Madrid, I'd happily recommend it and would definitely stay again.

The location is great with many places to eat and a park for walking near by. The room had no open power outlets, so that was a bit of a pain. Also, the bathroom door is this glass door with 2 large gaps on either side, so it's more of a modesty screen. Probably fine for 2 intimate folks, but others might find it awkward. Other than that it was clean and seemed well-maintained.

Property was great. Clean, quiet and 20 mins from Gran Via. Downsides were 1)bed comfort, not comfortable at all because one could feel bed springs, 2) the one time room was cleaned (by choice), the sheets were not changed, and lastly 3) air conditioning was turned off by hotel maintenance due to weather being cold outside. It should be up to patrons whether or not air conditioning is used regardless of weather outside because everyone doesn’t have the same needs. Although we asked to have the option, we were told no because it was not individual. I would stay there again, but it wouldn’t be my 1st choice.

Overall it's a good hotel, hence the 4-star rating. Why did I not give 5 stars? Because it can do better, examples: 1) Breakfast on Sunday starts only at 8 am, we had to leave at 8:15 so had to rush 2) The batteries in the TV remote were dead 3) We had to call to get a stopper for the tub 4) internet should be faster. If you need to be in that part of Madrid, it's ok.

Habitación amplia, con una cama cómoda. Baño moderno y limpio. Todo muy bien excepto el agua de la ducha. Me sentí como si estuviera en un hotel de hace 30 años. Es imposible ducharse entre 7:30 y 8:15 sin escaldarse y congelarse continuamente. El agua pasa de templada a muy caliente a fría a intervalos irregulares. Muy incómodo.
