The resort was beautiful. The staff was very helpful. I enjoyed the food and drinks very much. The room was very well maintained and right in the beach. I loved the swim up pool and the fact that it only had 3 rooms attached to it. It was almost our own private oasis. They have a spa which is incredible and were given a complimentary hydrotherapy session.

10/10 Exceptional

First time at the Hyatt branded resort, staff was very friendly, resort itself was very clean. It's a good idea to make reservations for dinner at one of the restaurants, just takes away any unwanted waiting if they are busy. Our server Julio was excellent, made each day exciting... he mostly worked the main pool and Club swim out rooms. Smaller resort, so it was quieter at night, but, that's something we were looking for in a vacation.

Very chill and relaxed environment . The staff was great . Even though the seaweed was bad during, our time at the pool area and around the resort made up for it. Abraham and Carlos at the pool area were great. Went with a group of 16 and we all had a blast.

We loved it here! Smallish resort with amazing service! The food was good, we just wished there were more options. Some of the chairs at the pool could stand to be replaced but we truly loved our time here. We would definitely come back and would recommend to others.
