Overall was good. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very quiet so got a good nights sleep. Rooms & corridors quite tired and ready for a freshen up. Very expensive for what it is.

The breakfast has a pancake machine which was great. I do wish they offered fried eggs and mushrooms with it. The cleaning staff are cheerful and friendly, which was a pleasant encounter as I left my room while they were turning over some the other rooms.

Very clean and tidy hotel, with parking and close to all areas of the centre of Birmingham

8/10 Very good

A basic, comfortable room to overnight. Well placed to visit most places in the centre of Birmingham. The beds were good and the shower/toilet/washroom was clean and modern. Tea making facilities and tv worked fine. Other aspects of the rooms (couch/pullout second bed) were showing signs of wear and tear and need some attention. Parking garage was very convenient and reasonably priced and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall I consider it to be good value for money.
