This was a decent place to spend 1 night with our family of four. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was nice. People working at the front desk and the breakfast were pleasant. Two things that could be improved: (1) The deadbolt in the door to our room didn't close very far, certainly not all of the way. (2) Much of the hotel smelled vaguely like cigarette smoke, even though all of the rooms on the 2nd floor were non-smoking. Our room smelled better after running the AC for a while.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean for the most part. Staff was very quick to remove a soiled towel from a drawer and also clean up around the toilet, which had been missed in the cleaning before we checked in. The breakfast was good. My biggest criticism was the lumpy, somewhat soft mattress. Thankfully, we still slept well the two nights we were there, but I hope they upgrade soon. We would stay there again, when we return to Elyria.

Breakfast was good and the woman working there was friendly and accommodating. The hotel shows its age and needs a major upgrade. The bathtub in our room had mold/mildew and a broken drain. We were disappointed, as we expected more from this chain.

For the price and the location the hotel is what we needed for a softball tournament. I had to call the hotel to change my reservation and when we checked in the staff was less than friendly and welcoming. The house keeper was waiting at the door for us to leave before check out time at 11am. The breakfast selection was ok. The room was clean but the hallways smelled.
