We used this as a stop off (New York to Toronto) and was exactly what we needed. It was clean enough, staff were brilliant and very helpful. Overall the building is needing huge investments (update bathrooms etc) for a higher score, but overall very good value for money. The breakfast was an added bonus also.

Visited Watkins Glen State Park then stayed here for a night with my wife and baby. Pretty clean, working TV with lots of channels, mini fridge and a bonus microwave! Our room was also right beside the ice machine which was awesome. Worth the price if you are not looking for anything fancy and just need a place to sleep. Not too far away from the park (about 30min) and walking distance to a plaza with Walmart and other grocery stores as well as restaurants. Overall was a great stay.

The stay was good, the rooms were quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Nice and quiet area, which allows one to get a good night’s sleep. Don’t rely on the breakfast too heavily, it’s just sugary cereals and candy bars, with some additional bananas and yogurt on the side. You can also get a hot beverage, which is a plus.

Not sure why this place was rated as highly as it was. The property is a mix of hotel rooms and people living there. Many maintenance issues and dated decor inside and out. The one bright spot is that the staff there were incredibly kind and helpful.

The sheets appeared to be clean, but one of the beds was damp. The carpeting was quite dirty, with Cheerios, wads of hair, crumbs, and other debris under the bed and armchair. The bathrooms are basic and old, although for what we paid for our rooms, I wouldn't expect a remodel anytime soon. The positives... The front desk staff were very nice and friendly. Our rooms were the furthest from the office and so were very quiet which was quite nice. The beds were comfortable enough, especially considering that it was a budget motel. The grab and go breakfast included coffee, tea, cereal, yogurt, whole fruit, granola bars, and more.

The room was very clean. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic. The room was cooled when I arrived (this was important since I visited in July). The towels and sheets appeared to be new, The room was very reasonable priced ($75/night). Overall, this was a great place to stay. I would definitely stay here again.

friendly staff， quiet place to stay, close to Walmart, fast food restaurant , gas station and target (20 minutes drive). Small but nice breakfast ( orange tastes so good!) Air conditioning can be controlled as well. Anyhow, a nice and quiet place to stay, everybody has a deep sleep!

Honestly we didn’t expect much about this motel because the price was low. But it really is the best value inn in the area. The bathroom and the floor looks clean and well maintained. Good enough compliment breakfast with fresh fruits. Furthermore in walkable distance there are Walmart, Aldi and Applebee (10% off to show your room card). Everything’s perfect for us.
